v1.3.8 release - MIUI fix?

Mitch v1.3.8 introduces a new mechanism for installing APKs, which should work better for MIUI users (I’ve not tested this myself, though).
In any case, you can go the Settings screen and switch to the old installer if the new one gives you trouble.
That’s all, just a small update.
