Minor update but with big under-the-hood changes

Mitch v1.1.3

• Reworked update checking mechanism, the new algorithm should be much simpler
• Allow multiple installations for every “game”. This means it’s now possible to, say, install an Android game and also download the soundtrack, and Mitch will do update checking for both.
• Library now shows the file name for downloads (but not for installed games)
